An inkjet print is placed behind a Plexiglass face. Stainless steel bolts designate hour positions and hold the print in place. Between the street photo print and plexi is free-floating and broken glass from Hesperian Blvd. (also called "urban diamonds"). Signage numbers are suspended in the open space The hands are hand painted. The frame is a portion of chrome hubcab also found on the street. Bike tire wrapped tubing fills in the back side support. Very sturdy. Clock mechanism operates on an AA battery (not included).
